Schools Tours

Lory Park can organise day trips on weekdays for schools, in groups of up to 150 children. We provide guided tours through the Park, which usually start at 10am for all school levels (grades 1-12 & preschoolers).

Our guided tours can be structured around any particular curriculum, providing a more appealing insight into the students' subjects.

We can also provide scholars with worksheets and/or a physical exam, which will be given and marked by our curator. Interaction with certain animals is also an additional option.

A tuck shop for chips, sweets and drinks will be open for the students and teachers may order tea and coffee from the Tea Garden at their own expense.

Guided Tour Price: R40 for Students and Teachers

Note: If guided tour is not required the price is R30 for children and R50 for adults.
